Hosted by US-IDF, this symposium and tour is open to anyone interested in the dairy industry, but you must register for that day if you are not attending the working group meetings.

This half day symposium will stimulate ideas by hearing from speakers outside of the dairy industry, address food safety challenges and opportunities, and highlight cutting edge technologies in an effort to balance the triangle of Safety, Quality and Performance.

Following the Symposium, participants will spend the afternoon visiting the Covance Laboratories facilities in Madison, Wisconsin.
